How to use the recipe directory

Start with the detail that matters most tonight. Choose a course when you already know whether you need breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert. Choose a method when equipment or cleanup is the priority, such as slow cooker, air fryer, casserole, or a 30-minute meal. Ingredient pages are useful when you are planning around chicken, ground beef, pasta, eggs, or vegetables already in the kitchen.

Goal-based collections solve a different problem. High-protein recipes emphasize protein-forward meals, meal-prep pages focus on storage and reheating, and budget or family-dinner collections help with cost and serving size. Each card leads to one focused, crawlable collection; individual recipes keep their original canonical URL instead of being duplicated across the directory.

For a narrower search, open the Recipe Finder and combine an ingredient with a method or goal—for example, “chicken slow cooker,” “high protein breakfast,” or “30 minute pasta.”
