This Longhorn Parmesan Chicken is a crispy, cheesy dinner inspired by the popular restaurant dish. Breaded chicken breasts are pan-seared until golden, then baked with mozzarella and Parmesan for a satisfying, flavorful meal.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with whisked eggs and milk, and one with breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each chicken breast in flour, then dip into the egg mixture, and finally press into the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken breasts for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
- Mix remaining Parmesan, mozzarella, and garlic. Sprinkle over chicken.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and cheese is melted and bubbly.
