For the Beef:
- 1 2 lbs flank steak or skirt steak
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Lime juice
- Salt, and black pepper to taste
For the Creamy Cheesy Sauce:
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of lime juice
Other Ingredients:
- 4 small flour tortillas
- 1 Cup fresh cilantro chopped
Instructions
Step1: Season the Steak
- Dry the steak and spice each side using taco seasonings, salt and pepper.
- Serve the dish with lemon juice and allow it to marinate for 10 to 15 minutes..
Step2: Cook the Beef
- Cook a pan on medium-high temperature.
- Grill the meat to 3-4 minutes on each for each side until it is at your desired degree of doneness.
- Remove from the heat and allow it to sit over 5 mins and then cut the ham finely with the grain.
Step3: Prepare the Cheesy Sauce
- In a bowl make a mix of mayonnaise, sour-cream as well as cheddar cheese shredded along with lemon juice.
- Stir until it is smooth and smooth.
Step4: Warm the Tortillas
