- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice

- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp chili flakes (or finely chopped red chilies)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
For Garnish:
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- Extra chili flakes (optional, for more heat)
Instructions
Step1: Prepare the Chicken
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
