  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes (or finely chopped red chilies)
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)

For Garnish:

  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • Extra chili flakes (optional, for more heat)

Instructions

Step1: Prepare the Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel to ensure crispy skin.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt & pepper, and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Arrange the chicken on the baking sheet in a single layer.

Step2: Bake the Chicken
