For the Cilantro-Lime Rice:
- 2 cups of cooked brown or white rice
- 1 Tbsp butter or olive oil
- One lime juice
- Fresh cilantro 1/4 cup, chopped
Optional Toppings:
- Avocado diced
- Cut jalapenos
- Extra lime wedges
- Hot sauce
Instructions
Step 1: Marinate the Chicken
