Ingredients

Crust:

  • 36 Oreos finely broken (use the food processor to get the optimal results)
  • 1 stick of unsalted butter and melted

Cheesecake Layer:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Cup powdered sugar
  • 8 1 oz frozen whip topping frozen, then frozen and thawed

Mint Pudding Layer:

  • 3 boxes (3.4 oz each) cheesecake instant pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • Mint extract 1 tablespoon
  • Green gel food coloring (about 2-3 inches)

Toppings & Garnish:

  • Topper with whipped
  • Oreo crumbs
  • Maraschino cherries
  • Green sprinkles

Tips for Pros: Utilize Oreos with mint flavor to get an extra dose with mint flavor!


Instructions

Crust

1 Pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees F (190degC).2 Mix in a bowl the crushed Oreos with melted butter until it is the consistency of wet sand.3 Place the mixture in the baking dish 9×13 inches in a smooth and evenly.4 Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, and then let it cool until it reaches the temperature of room.

Option to bake without baking: Skip baking and put the crust in the fridge to set for thirty minutes to get set!

Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Layer

5 In large bowl beat cream sugar and powdered cheese to a it is creamy.
6 Fold in 1 tub of whip topping and mix until it becomes fluffy.
7 Spread the cheesecake layer evenly over the chilled Oreo crust.

Step 3: Prepare the Mint Pudding Layer

8 In a separate bowl, mix the pudding and milk to make it smooth.9 Mix in mint extract as well as some drops of food coloring gel in the form of green. Mix in the remaining topping whipped, then spread the topping over the cheesecake layer.

Step 4: Chill & Garnish

11 Wrap the dish in plastic wrap and chill for at about 4 to 6 minutes (overnight is ideal! ).
