Ingredients
For the Brownie Base:
- 1 batch fudgy brownies, baked and cooled (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Pecan Pie Filling:
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (or maple syrup for a healthier option)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
For the Chocolate Coating:
- 12 ounces dark chocolate, melted
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smooth melting)
- Extra chopped pecans (for garnish)
Instructions
Crumble the baked brownies into a bowl. Add vanilla extract and mix until a soft, dough-like consistency forms.
In a separate bowl, combine chopped pecans, caramel sauce, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until well coated.
Take a small handful of brownie mixture, flatten it, and add a teaspoon of pecan pie filling in the center. Roll into a smooth ball, completely covering the filling.
Place them on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 30 minutes to firm up.
Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
Dip each brownie bomb into the melted chocolate, ensuring full coverage. Sprinkle with chopped pecans before the chocolate sets.
Allow the brownie bombs to harden at room temperature or refrigerate for faster setting.

Use fudgy brownies – Avoid cakey brownies, as they won’t hold together well.
Chill before dipping – Prevents them from falling apart in the melted chocolate.
Use quality chocolate – Dark chocolate balances the sweetness of the filling.
Try different toppings – Crushed pretzels, flaky sea salt, or white chocolate drizzle make great additions!
