Ingredients

Ganache Topping:
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup heavy cream
Topping:

Instructions
- Step 1: Make the Filling
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and peanut butter until smooth.
- Step 2: Whip the Cream
- In a chilled mixing bowl, whip the 1 cup heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
- Step 3: Combine
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture. Don’t overmix—keep it fluffy!
- Step 4: Assemble the Base
- Spoon the filling into your pre-baked pie crust and smooth out the top with a spatula.
- Step 5: Make the Ganache
- Microwave the chocolate chips and ½ cup cream in 30-second bursts, stirring between each until smooth.
- Step 6: Top the Pie
- Pour the ganache over the filling and smooth with a spatula.
- Step 7: Decorate with Candy
- While the ganache is still soft, press Reese’s candies into the top. Be generous!
- Step 8: Chill
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
