Description

This no bake Grinch pie is a festive, creamy Christmas dessert with a green white chocolate pudding filling, Oreo crust, and whipped topping. It’s easy to make, fun to decorate, and perfect for holiday parties.


Ingredients

  • 1 Oreo pie crust
  • 1 box white chocolate pudding (3.9 oz)
  • 2 cups cold 2% milk
  • 1/2 container Cool-Whip
  • 23 drops neon green gel food coloring
  • 12 drops green food coloring
  • 1/2 cup green sanding sugar
  • 1/2 cup mini red heart sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup large red heart sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk the pudding mix with cold milk and both green food colorings until smooth and thickened.
  2. Pour the green pudding mixture into the Oreo crust and spread it evenly.
  3. Refrigerate the pie for 3 hours to let it fully set.
  4. Top the chilled pie with Cool-Whip and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle with green sanding sugar and mini red heart sprinkles.
  6. Before serving, top each slice with a single large red heart sprinkle.
