Ingredients

Scale

For the Seasoned Beef Filling:

  • 1 lb ground beef (or substitute with ground turkey or chicken)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup water

For the Wrap:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or Mexican cheese blend)
  • ½ cup nacho cheese sauce
  • ½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for a healthier option)
  • ½ cup guacamole
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup crushed tortilla chips (for extra crunch)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Seasoned Beef

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  • Cook ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned.
  • Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  • Pour in ¼ cup water and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes to enhance flavor. Remove from heat.

Step 2: Warm the Tortillas

  • Heat flour tortillas in a dry skillet for a few seconds until pliable.

Step 3: Assemble the Wraps

  • Spread nacho cheese sauce and sour cream evenly on each tortilla.
  • Add a scoop of seasoned beef, followed by shredded cheddar cheese and crushed tortilla chips.
  • Top with diced tomatoes and shredded lettuce.

Step 4: Fold and Grill the Wrap

  • Fold the sides inward and roll tightly into a burrito-style wrap.
  • Place on a hot skillet, seam-side down, and cook for 1-2 minutes until crispy.
  • Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.

Step 5: Slice and Serve!

  • Cut in half and serve hot with guacamole, salsa, or extra nacho cheese sauce.

Notes

Use lean ground beef for a healthier, less greasy filling.
Want it spicier? Add jalapeños, hot sauce, or crushed red pepper flakes.
For extra crispiness, press the wrap down slightly while grilling.
