- ½ cup guacamole
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup crushed tortilla chips (for extra crunch)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Seasoned Beef
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Cook ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Pour in ¼ cup water and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes to enhance flavor. Remove from heat.
Step 2: Warm the Tortillas
- Heat flour tortillas in a dry skillet for a few seconds until pliable.
Step 3: Assemble the Wraps
- Spread nacho cheese sauce and sour cream evenly on each tortilla.
- Add a scoop of seasoned beef, followed by shredded cheddar cheese and crushed tortilla chips.
- Top with diced tomatoes and shredded lettuce.
Step 4: Fold and Grill the Wrap
