For Garnish (Optional):

  • 1 cup fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper (for additional spice)

Instructions

Step1: Cook the Pasta

  1. Bring water to a boil in an enormous saucepan in a large pot. include salt to enhance the flavor.
