- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the cabbage into 1-inch thick steaks and lay them flat on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the garlic oil mixture generously over both sides of the cabbage steaks.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are crispy and the center is tender.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley and Parmesan, if using.
- Serve immediately with a side of creamy dipping sauce.
