  • 12 oz diced frozen hashbrowns (or fresh potatoes)
  • 10 large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp taco seasoning (or your favorite spice blend)
  • ¼ cup shredded Mexican cheese
  • ½ cup grape tomatoes, chopped

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven
