- 12 oz diced frozen hashbrowns (or fresh potatoes)
- 10 large eggs
- 1 Tbsp taco seasoning (or your favorite spice blend)
- ¼ cup shredded Mexican cheese
- ½ cup grape tomatoes, chopped

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven

- Drain excess grease and remove from heat.
