Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2025 slices of pepperoni
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing crust)
  • Cornmeal or semolina (for dusting pan)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it heats.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a 16-inch round on a floured surface.
