Instructions
Step 1: Preheat & Prepare
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
Step 2: Cook the Beef Mixture
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain excess fat, then season the beef with smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, oregano, garlic powder, and onion powder.
