Description

Big Mac Snack Wraps are a quick, flavorful take on the classic burger, packed with seasoned beef, melty cheese, lettuce, pickles, and creamy Big Mac sauce—all wrapped in a soft tortilla. Perfect for lunch, snacks, or dinner, this easy homemade recipe brings fast food flavor into your kitchen in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 recommended)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 1/3 cup Big Mac sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 6 small flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat if needed.
  2. Warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave until soft and pliable.
  3. Spread a spoonful of Big Mac sauce on each tortilla.
  4. Add a layer of cooked beef, followed by shredded cheese, lettuce, and diced pickles.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly into a wrap.
  6. Optional: Toast the wrap seam-side down in a skillet for 1–2 minutes for added crunch.
  7. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for on-the-go meals.

Notes

  • Use low-carb tortillas for a lighter version.
  • You can substitute ground turkey or plant-based meat.
  • Homemade Big Mac sauce: mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • To meal prep, store beef and toppings separately and assemble when ready to eat.
  • Great as a party appetizer if cut into halves or thirds.
