Description

These Big Mac Snack Wraps are a quick, budget-friendly, and family-friendly meal that captures all the iconic McDonald’s Big Mac flavors in a soft tortilla. Perfect for meal prep, lunchboxes, or a satisfying weeknight dinner, they’re ready in 20 minutes or less.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Dill pickle slices (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, chopped pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth. Cover and refrigerate.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until softened.
  3. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and fully done. Drain any excess grease.
  4. Warm the tortillas until pliable.
  5. Spread sauce over each tortilla, then layer with cooked beef, lettuce, shredded cheese, and optional pickle slices.
  6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, roll tightly, and cut in half if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use lean ground beef to prevent greasy wraps.
  • Lightly toast tortillas for extra flavor and crunch.
  • Prepare extra Big Mac sauce for dipping fries or topping sandwiches.
  • Add jalapeños or hot sauce for a spicy variation.
  • For a lighter option, swap ground beef for ground turkey or chicken.
