- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Dill pickle slices (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, chopped pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth. Cover and refrigerate.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until softened.
- Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and fully done. Drain any excess grease.
- Warm the tortillas until pliable.
- Spread sauce over each tortilla, then layer with cooked beef, lettuce, shredded cheese, and optional pickle slices.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, roll tightly, and cut in half if desired. Serve immediately.
