  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
