- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup lettuce leaves
- 1 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for 30 minutes.
- Combine cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Dredge the marinated chicken in the mixture.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken until golden and crispy.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey to make the Bang Bang sauce.
- Arrange lettuce, cucumber, and carrots in a bowl. Top with crispy chicken and drizzle with Bang Bang sauce. Garnish with chopped green onions.
