- 2 large eggs

- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 cups creamy custard (for filling and topping)
- 1 banana, sliced (for garnish)
- 1/4 cup whole or halved walnuts (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 8-inch round cake pans.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
- Stir in the mashed bananas and sour cream until combined.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in chopped walnuts and white chocolate chips.
- Divide the batter evenly between the two prepared pans.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cakes cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then remove and cool completely on wire racks.
- Spread 1 cup of custard on the bottom cake layer.
- Place the second layer on top and spread remaining custard over the top.
- Garnish with banana slices and whole or halved walnuts.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
