These crispy stuffed pickles are loaded with savory cream cheese, cheddar, and ranch seasoning, delivering the perfect balance of tangy, cheesy, and smoky flavors. And because they’re cooked in the air fryer, you get all the crispiness without deep-frying!

Ingredients

Main Ingredients:

  • 6 large dill pickles (halved lengthwise)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning

Optional Toppings:

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (for extra flavor)
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (for a smoky kick)
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)
  • Crushed crackers or panko breadcrumbs (for extra crunch)

Want to make it spicy? Add diced jalapenos or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes!

Instructions

Step1: Prepare the Cheese Mixture

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and ranch seasoning.
  2. Stir until smooth and evenly combined.
  3. For extra flavor, add garlic powder or smoked paprika.

Step2: Hollow Out the Pickles

  1. Slice each dill pickle in half lengthwise.
  2. Use a small spoon to scoop out the center, creating a hollow space for stuffing.
  3. Pat the pickles dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Step3: Stuff the Pickles

  1. Spoon or pipe the cheese mixture into the hollowed-out pickles.
  2. Ensure the filling is evenly spread but not overflowing.

Step4: Preheat Your Air Fryer

  1. Set your air fryer to 375degF (190degC).
  2. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.

Step5: Air Fry the Stuffed Pickles

  1. Arrange the pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  3. Cook until cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.

Step6: Cool & Serve

  1. Let the pickles cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.
  2. Garnish with green onions or crushed crackers for extra crunch.
  3. Serve with ranch dressing or honey mustard for dipping!

Notes

Pat pickles dry before stuffing – This prevents sogginess.Use softened cream cheese – Makes it easier to mix and stuff.Don’t overcrowd the air fryer – Cook in batches for even crispiness.Adjust cooking time for different air fryers – Some may cook faster than others.Experiment with different cheeses – Monterey Jack, Pepper Jack, or Blue Cheese work great!
